A Gluten Free Nightmare



Just imagine the horror of that being regular flour in one of our coeliac homes.

    Someone in the family may actually be reacting to that... 1 in 10 people are having a reaction to gluten ;)

    On a more serious note, I would hate to think of what this would do for me. It's beyond me why flour is so poorly packaged in the first place, too! I almost never buy sugar in the flour aisle anymore, especially when it's right below, not to mention all the airborne risks and more!

    I was thinking exactly the same, I think I'd be laid up for weeks if I were exposed to that. I was shuddering as I watched that video.

    So right about flour packaging.
