Gluten Free Sweet And Sour Prawn Balls

gluten free prawns balls
Prawn Balls
After the success of the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls it was an obvious choice to move onto another old favourite from Chinese menus, Prawn Balls. There's not a lot to this recipe it's so simple to make these, so long as you're confident with deep frying this is a very quick meal to make with minimal effort.

Love Their Tag Line
I'm a big fan of Mrs Crimble's products so when I see something new from them on the Free From shelf it inevitably ends up in the shopping trolley. These are my latest discovery, gluten free Peanut Cookies, I'm not quite sure where to begin with these.

New Recipe Index

I'm back! Just a quick note...

With an ever growing number of recipes on Free From G I figured it was about time that I made an index for easy viewing, rather than having to scroll through each and every recipe photo and introduction to find one.

Now when you click on Recipes in the navigation bar it will take you direct to an index of all my creations, hope it proves useful :)

Gluten Free Thai Red Curry

Thai Red Curry And Rice
This is so easy to make because all of the effort goes into making the Red Curry Paste, making the actual Curry is a breeze. You can have this in front of you in under 20 minutes, 5 minutes prep time maximum and 15 minutes cooking, it's not much more taxing than opening a ready meal and sticking it in the microwave. I love a quick and simple recipe for days when I feel a bit sluggish.

Gluten Free Thai Red Curry Paste

Thai Red Curry Paste
It might take a while to make due to all the peeling and chopping that's involved but it's really worth it to have freshly made gluten free red curry paste that you know is totally safe. Plus if you follow this recipe you'll have seven 80g portions that you can freeze for use at a later date.

I prefer this to Thai Green Curry because it doesn't have the bitter edge that the green chillies have, this is a much smoother warmth that is quite delicate but still packs a bit of a heat punch.

Cerviche - Sea Bass In A Fragrant Citrus Marinade

cerviche
No Adapting Needed
Cerviche, a naturally gluten free dish which is lovely to eat on a warm day because it's so light and refreshing.  There's nothing difficult in making this at all, it certainly isn't one of my challenge myself recipes, it's full of fresh ingredients, no cooking and just requires a few simple steps to have it in front of you. It's a lovely meal if you're a fan of fish, zingy flavours and minimal effort.

Gluten Free Calamari

Crispy Gluten Free Calamari
I've made Calamari a few times since being gluten free but I've never felt it was good enough to post as a recipe. Thanks to finally nailing my all purpose batter I now have Calamari good enough to share, it's so good and really easy to make.
