Vita Coco So Much More Than Just A Nice Drink

I've been feeling really groggy since last Sunday. Very, very tired during the day, no get up and go, brain fog, my stomach has been quite unsettled and I've also had a really nasty water reaction on my palms that have left them cracked and sore. I figured it was the stress of the move still pouring out.

Nah ah.

I was just researching non mint toothpastes as I've always had a problem brushing my teeth with mint flavours because it makes me gag so bad I'm often sick, no matter what the time of day it is. I discovered that coconut oil toothpaste is being raved about by the broadsheets and as I'm a huge fan of coconut oil for my skin and coconut water for my overall health I got really excited about it.

Couldn't find any to buy anywhere. A disappointment but also a revelation.

What's the one thing that I haven't had all week that I've been feeling unwell? Coconut water, because Tesco didn't have any in stock on Saturday.

This isn't the first time this has happened either, so it's definitely not a coincidence. The last few times that I've gone without coconut water for more than a day I've had health issues. The difference is incredible.

I raved about coconut water after being glutened last time and I've seen online that some people have used it to no effect. It won't work if you only drink it after being glutened, you have to drink it on a daily basis and if you're unlucky enough to get glutened, then it's in your system already to help. It's not a quick fix after the event.

I knew that I was benefiting from drinking so much Vita Coco (UFC didn't work for me and I haven't tried any other brands) but I didn't realise quite how much until today. It's certainly been an eye opener and a real plus for my natural remedy lifestyle.
