I wouldn't have blogged about this for probably a long time, if ever as it's not that interesting and I'm pretty much fine stomach-wise, but it's late, I'm awake and I truly have found this move the most stressful long term experience of my life.

Tesco Gluten Free Pizza

I Really Like The Packaging

Leading up to the big move we popped into our small local Tesco and found this. Now this small Tesco is say about a quarter of the size of our usual one, maybe even smaller and not only did they have gluten free pizza but they also had corn fed chicken breasts that we haven't been able to buy at the big Tesco for months. Makes no sense to me but hey. Still no sign of the DS Gluten Free Pizza but we jumped at the chance of trying Tesco's own.

I had given up on having DS Gluten Free pizza after the whole DS frozen range was removed by Tesco and replaced by an (in my opinion) inferior brand last year. Then out of the blue I got an exciting email in July that made me very happy. Here's an image from that email:

Blast From The Past

It's been a while since I last blogged, mainly due to the fact that it has been an incredibly stressful time these past few months. I've not been coming up with any new recipes and I haven't found anything new and exciting to report back.

To be honest, after changing over my twitter account, I really haven't thought much about gluten free life at all, I've just been living it on autopilot and doing a damn fine job it seems. I feel very normal.

I think I first heard about these via an email from Mrs Crimble's but it's only been the past couple of weeks that I've seen them to buy. First bite and I was hooked, if you're a fan of salt and vinegar crisps you will love these!

Gluten Free Cheese Bread

Delicious!

There on the free from bread shelf sat 2 boxes of this mysterious and tempting bread mix. Had someone picked it up from another aisle and decided they didn't want it? Oh, but it says gluten free, it must belong here. It looks sooo good, never seen this before.

That was the thought process going on when I first spied the box. If you see this buy it. Yoki Cheese Bread is amazing!

OPI Nail Polishes And Treatments

I wrote a while back about OPI Nail Envy having wheat protein in it, but despite contacting OPI on numerous occasions to find out which of their others products may also contain it, I never got a response. As I still have lots of their polishes, I wanted to know if they safe or not and the answer came thanks to my Mum!

QVC UK sent out an OPI product directory with her last order and in the back in gives the ingredients for all the OPI things that they sell. That's pretty darn cool.

Kelkin Gluten Free Belgian Milk Chocolate Fingers

I'd never heard of Kelkin before last Saturday but oh what a find! I'm not really sure what regular chocolate product I would compare these to but they're absolutely lovely. Bubbly chocolate sandwiched between crisp wafers and covered in a really smooth Belgian chocolate.

Tantrums, Twitter and Tennis

I lost it with coeliac disease yesterday. Totally lost it. See, my OH is currently having a holiday without me and though it was ultimately my choice not to go (free spirit, can't bear to stay at other people homes, need my own space to do as I please!) I got really wound up at a statement he made.

It's The Little Things

I was just thinking back to the magical day that me and my lovely spent at the Harry Potter Studio Tour and had so much fun. I didn't eat anything while we were there as I think I ate before we left for our afternoon booking after gluten free research had been done and it wasn't very conclusive.
