This is one of the most quick and easy things to make but for the best flavours I recommend that you marinate the prawns for at least an hour, everything else takes a few minutes.
Ingredients:

Easy Pease
14 Raw King Prawns
2 Tablespoons Sriracha Extra Garlic Sauce
2 Tablespoons Gluten Free Oyster Sauce (we use Chan Moon Kee)
Directions:

Always Devein Prawns!
- Put the sriracha and oyster sauce into a bowl or container and mix together
- Add the prawns and mix so that they are evenly coated

Marinated Prawns
- Marinate for one hour in the fridge
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for a few minutes so they don't burn when grilling, use kitchen paper to dry them
- Cover a grill pan in tin foil
- Preheat the grill to high
- Thread the prawns onto the skewers making sure that both the tail and top part are threaded
- Lay onto the foiled grill pan

Pretty Prawns
- Put under the grill for 7 minutes, turn halfway through at 3 1/2
- Serve with your choice of side dish
The Extra Garlic Sriracha and Oyster Sauce make a wonderfully rich and spicy combination that compliments the meatiness of the King Prawns perfectly.
