"Naturally, Oats do not contain gluten but are usually contaminated by other gluten grains. Nairn's gluten free Oats, though, are carefully farmed to ensure there is no cross-contamination of the oats throughout growing and milling. We then make all our products in a gluten free bakery and test the using the Elisa standard."
That's what I call a gluten free win. Nairn's are firmly on the Free From G favourites list now.
If you like Oats you will love these biscuits. The Fruit ones have currents in them and are so moreish, but if you aren't a fan there's also a Syrup flavour which I haven't tried yet as I was in a 'fruit will be healthier' mood when shopping. Turns out that they both contain 47 calories per biscuit and the Syrup ones only contain 0.1g more fat than the Fruit ones at 2.0g and 1.9g.
These are definitely the lowest calorie biscuits I've written about but they're still full of great flavour and the texture is just what you would expect from an Oaty biscuit. I like that you can snap these in half without a load of crumbs scattering.

The pouches are a draw for me because four biscuits are plenty for an energy boost (I can only manage two at a time as I find them really filling which is great), they're ideal for snacking when out. I like it when things are wrapped in small portions because a) it's convenient and b) I think it's cute.

So yes, a big thumbs up for Nairn's from me, I wish I'd read the packaging sooner, I love Oats.
In other news there has been a lot of aching everywhere, I think bits of me might start to fall off soon.
