Gluten Free Thai Green Curry

Thai Green Curry With King Prawns
This is such a ridiculously easy meal to make and so long as you've already made your curry paste and deveined your prawns it takes about 10 minutes from start to finish.

All you need is a wok, a cooking spoon and a container to put the rice noodles into to hydrate them. So easy!

To serve 2 as a hearty main.

Ingredients:

12 Raw King Prawns
1 Portion of Free From G Thai Green Curry Paste (around 80g)
1 Tablespoon Pure Coconut Oil
400g Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Fish Sauce (Squid Brand)
200g Rice Noodles

Directions:

  • Put the rice noodles into a large container and cover with boiling water

Soak for 5 - 10 Minutes
  • Heat the coconut oil on high
  • Add the Thai green curry paste

  • Stir until the paste is thoroughly hot through

  • Add the coconut milk to the wok and stir, lower the heat to medium

  • Add the fish sauce and sugar and stir in

  • Stir so that all the rice noodles are covered in the sauce

  • Cook the prawns for 1.5 minutes on each side
  • Serve!

Thai Green Curry With King Prawns
A simple but delicious gluten free Thai Green Curry cooked in one pot. You could of course use diced chicken breast instead of the prawns, you would just need to increase the cooking time.

Easy pease!
