Here's what I'm currently up to:

Actually, I'm not really doing much apart from frying the tortillas to dry them out, my OH is doing the hard tortilla work. We're making Quesadillas, so that's the tortillas from scratch, smoked chicken from scratch, vegetable filling and homemade guacamole.
